Mouzakitis rounds off the Tigers transfer dealings for the summer

Hull City have made Greece international midfielder Christos Mouzakitis their 18th and final signing of the summer transfer window.

The 19-year-old joins the Tigers from Olympiacos in a deal that is seen as a huge coup, who have agreed to pay around €15m for his services. He has signed a five-year deal with City, ensuring he is committed until 2031.

The deal includes a significant sell on clause in the Greek club’s favour to sweeten the deal.

Mouzakitis is extremely highly rated on the continent with the midfielder winning the Golden Boy Web award in 2025. The award is fan voted but runs alongside the prestigious Golden Boy award which recognises the best young players across Europe.

Despite his age, Mouzakitis arrives at the MKM Stadium with plenty of experience having made his debut for Olympiacos in 2024. He has been a regular pretty much ever since, racking up 76 appearances for the club, helping the club to a league and cup double in his first season as a senior player.
