Breaking: Hull FC have completed the signing of Daly Cherry-Evans

Hull FC have completed the signing of NRL icon Daly Cherry-Evans. The Australian is one of the biggest signings in the Black and Whites’ history and will join the club on a one year deal for the 2027 season.
Currently starring with Sydney Roosters, Cherry-Evans scored two tries for the Bondi-based club against Penrith Panthers on Thursday morning and has played a significant role for the club that now lead the NRL table.
A household NRL name, Cherry-Evans played 352 games for Manly Sea Eagles in a 14-year stint, and has also featured for Queensland at State of Origin level and the Australia Kangaroos before joining the Roosters.
At 37-years-old, he is still on top of his game and will now look to play a crucial role for Hull next season under incoming head coach Steve McNamara.
He is one of the highest profile NRL signings to land in Super League, having been established as one of the game’s leading half-backs over the last decade.
