Here are the current and upcoming roadworks confirmed by Hull City Council.

  1. A63 improvement scheme – St James Street to Market Place: 01-May-20 to 31-May-26. Major A63 improvement scheme – full infrastructure change, operating under a Development Control Order. Lane and road closures until completion. (National Highways)
  2. Annandale Road: 26-May-26 to 03-Jun-26. Utility works outside number 98 Annandale Road. Two-way signals in place. (Yorkshire Water)
  3. Drypool Bridge: 27-May-26 to Late-July. Full bridge closure to all vehicles and pedestrians for major repair and strengthening works. (Hull City Council in partnership with Esh Construction and Mason Clark Associates)
  4. Ennerdale: 02-Mar-26 to 29-Oct-26. Roundabout improvement works. Lane closure in place. (Hull City Council)
  5. Hessle Road: 05-May-26 to 01-Jun-26. Utility works. Multi-way signals in place at the junction of St Georges Road. (Northern Powergrid)
  6. Marfleet Lane: 18-May-26 to 18-Jun-26. Utility works at the junction of Barham Road. Two-way signals to be manned between 7am and 7pm. (Northern Powergrid)
  7. Spring Bank West: 31-May-26 to 01-Jun-26. Level crossing maintenance at the junction of Walton Street. Road closure from 11pm until 5:30am only. (Network Rail)
  8. Wawne Road roundabout: 08-May-26 to 06-Aug-26. Council improvement scheme. Roundabout connecting Bude Road, Wawne Road and Holwell Road. Road closure in place. (Hull City Council)
