Hull KR take on Warrington Wolves for a spot in the Challenge Cup final this afternoon

Willie Peters and Sam Burgess have named their respective Hull KR and Warrington Wolves teams for this afternoon’s Challenge Cup semi-final.

The two sides meet at the Eco-Power Stadium in Doncaster, with a spot in the Challenge Cup final on the line.

Wigan Warriors have already sealed their spot at Wembley after seeing off St Helens on Saturday afternoon and KR and Warrington will be doing battle in the South Yorkshire sunshine to join them.

Much of the pre-match talk surrounding KR has been around Arthur Mourgue, with the Frenchman pushing for a return to action after tearing a pec in the World Club Challenge.

Peters confirmed he would be in contention pre-match but he has left the full-back out of the side, with Jack Broadbent starting at number one.

Elsewhere, the team is largely as expected, with Sauaso Sue coming back into the fold after being rested last week.

Jez Litten will come off the bench today with Karl Lawton preferred in the starting XIII.

Josh Thewlis comes back into the side for Warrington at full-back, replacing the young Lachlan Webster.

Luke Yates has also been deemed fit enough to feature for the Wolves, with the prop set to come off the bench. Luke Thomas drops out.
