Passed away peacefully on Saturday 11th April aged 86 years. Reunited with her treasured Billy. Much loved Mum of Gillian, Gail and Roy and in-law Julie. A cherished Grandma of Karla, Kimberley, Nina, John, Steven, Christopher and Katie. Adored Great Grandma of Ava, Elsie, Jude, Aubree, Jett, Sonny, Ivan, Oliver, Ruby, Lily, William, Alfie, Amelia and Rory. Sister to the late Heather, the late Albert and Hilary. A special lady to many who will be sadly missed. A celebration of Hazel’s life will be held at the Large Chapel of Chanterlands on Friday 1st May 2026 at 10:30am followed by a private burial for family only. No dress code, no flowers please, however, donations may be left in lieu at the service for Kesteven Grange Home. All are invited to join the family after the service at the Pelican Pub. (Meg) Passed away peacefully at Dove House Hospice on the 12th April 2026. Mother to Mandy, Michael and Rebecca. Loving Sister and Auntie. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday 19th May 2026 at Chanterlands Crematorium 12.00 noon (Small Chapel). Died peacefully on the 10th April 2026, aged 84 years. Reunited with beloved husband Bernard, much loved mum of Sarah and son-in-law James, treasured nanna to Maisie and Olivia, a loving sister, auntie and friend to many. Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on the 11th April 2026 aged 89 years. Beloved Wife of the late Eddie. Devoted Mother to Gail, David, Ian and In-laws Clive and Tracey. Loving Grandma and Great Grandma to all of her Grandchildren. Sadly missed by all her loving family and friends. Passed away peacefully at Castle Hill Hospital on Thursday 9th April 2026 aged 71. Loving and caring husband of Val. Brother to Janet and brother in law to Malcolm. A dear uncle and brother in law to Pam, June and Bart. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. A service to celebrate Dave’s life will be held at Chanterlands Avenue Crematorium, (Large Chapel) on Friday 15th May at 1.30pm. Donations if desired may be left following the service for the British Heart Foundation and Bransby Horses.

O’CONNELL Sheila Patricia (Pat) Passed away peacefully at Hallgarth Care Home in Cottingham on Sunday 12th April Aged 92 Years. A loving mum of Daniel, cherished mum-in-law to Emma, and proud Grandma of Victoria. All who knew Pat will miss her warmth, kindness and generosity of spirit. Passed away peacefully on Tuesday 31st March 2026, aged 82. Much loved husband of Pat, dearly loved dad to Paula and Susie and grandad to Sam, George and Oli. He will be sadly missed by all. Funeral Service to be held on Friday 8th May at 1.30pm at Haltemprice Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side aged 77 years. Loved and remembered by all his family and friends. Service to take place at the Small Chapel Chanterlands Crematorium on Thursday, 30th April at 10.00am prior to Interment at the Northern Cemetery. Flowers welcome or donations for Dove House Hospice may be left at the service.

Passed away peacefully, though sooner than expected, in Hull Royal Infirmary on 7th April 2026, aged 76 years. Much loved Mother to John and wife to the late Philip Wildridge. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Service to be held on Thursday 14th May at 10:30 at The Portobello Methodist Church, followed by a short service at Chanterlands Crematorium. Passed away suddenly with family by his side on 15th April 2026. Aged 70 years. Loving Husband to Debs. Also devoted Father to Andrew, Richard and in-law Leigh. Grandfather to George, Sebastian and Charlie. Funeral service to be held on Friday 8th May 2026, at Lelley Fields Crematorium, Oak Hall at 1pm. Flowers if you wish, however donations may also be left after the service to The British Heart Foundation and Hull Royal Intensive Care Unit.
