Det Sgt Richard Kirk, from the force’s modern slavery and human trafficking team, said: “These days of action are crucial and form part of our ongoing commitment to ensure modern slavery is prevented, as well as raising awareness of crimes of this nature, which often remain hidden in plain sight amongst our communities.”
