The Tigers have seven games left to secure a play-off place after what’s been a fine season
The EFL have confirmed the upcoming Championship play-off schedule, which Hull City hope to be involved in, come the early weeks of May.
Sergej Jakirovic’s City are fifth in the league, five points off second place and three clear of seventh with only seven games of a fascinating season to go.
City will return to action after the international break with a trip to relegation-threatened Oxford United at the Kassam Stadium on Good Friday, before hosting runaway leaders Coventry City on Easter Monday in front of the Sky Sports cameras in two crucial games that they hope will propel them closer to promotion.

The Championship play-off final had already been confirmed as taking place on Saturday, May 23 at Wembley Stadium in north London, though a kick-off time for that has not yet been revealed.
City’s final game of the regular season against in-form Norwich City at the MKM Stadium will take place at 12:30 pm on Saturday, May 2, along with all other fixtures as is the norm.
If the table remained as it is now, Southampton would host Ipswich Town at St Mary’s in the first leg, with the return at Portman Road, and City would take on Millwall at the MKM Stadium on Saturday lunchtime before the return in South London the following Tuesday evening. All those games will be broadcast live on Sky Sports.
