Hull are in talks to sign midfielder Dario Essugo from Chelsea, according to BBC Sport.
The Portugal U21 international is expected to leave Stamford Bridge on loan before the deadline. He has been heavily linked with Chelsea’s sister club Strasbourg.
However, it is said that he prefers a move to another Premier League club, potentially giving a major advantage to City.
