(Nee Southwick) Late of Walkington. Passed away peacefully in Hull Royal Infirmary on 2nd June 2026. Aged 92 years. Beloved wife of the late Gordon. Much loved mother of Graham and the late Davina, grandmother and great grandmother. Sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service at Hull Chanterlands Crematorium (small chapel) on Friday 26th June at 11am. Family flowers only please, donations for The Dogs Trust may be given after the service.
Peacefully following illness, on the 9th of June 2026, aged 53 years. Much loved and devoted husband of Ziba, doting daddy to Matilda and Sophie, much loved son who will be sadly missed by Sheila and Ges, much loved brother to Mark and Lynsey, dear brother-in-law of Amanda and Barry, uncle and friend to many. Would friends please meet at Woodlands Crematorium Chapel on Wednesday the 1st of July 2026 at 10.40am for service prior to interment at Woodlands Memorial Cemetery. (Wilf) Passed away peacefully in hospital on 11th June 2026, aged 100 years. Beloved husband of the late Joan, loving dad to Alan and daughter in law Lyn, dear brother of Eric. Funeral service at All Saints Church, Bishop Burton on Wednesday 1st July at 1.30pm. At Wilf’s request no black to be worn and donations in lieu of flowers to be shared between the church and the Royal British Legion.
Peacefully passed away at home on Thursday 11th June 2026 aged 77 years. Loving Husband of Mary. Special Dad to Peter, Mark and Tina. Loving Grandad and Great Grandad. Remember him in your own way.
Passed away in Hull Royal Infirmary on 2nd May 2026, surrounded by her Husband Alan, Daughter Emma and Granddaughter Sophia. Joy leaves behind Son Richard and his three children, Joy’s Sister Marilyn, as well as many other beloved Friends and Family. Joy will be especially missed by her Church family, the Congregations, Colleagues, life long friends she became close to during her many years of Ministry, particularly in Anlaby. We would like to thank the many people who looked after Joy after she underwent major brain surgery in 2021, and those who cared for her right up until the end of her life. Service at St John’s Newland Church, on 25th June 2026 at 10am and then Haltemprice Crematorium after which is not a private family service. Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on 5th June 2026, aged 85 years. Much loved mam to Carole, David, Donna, Tony and Michelle, in laws Trish, Rea, Vicky and Mark, also a loving grandma and great grandma, dear sister to Jackie and June, reunited with loved ones. Died peacefully at South Park Care Home on 7th June aged 88 years. Beloved husband to Janet and dad to Christopher and Jonathan. It is with great sadness that I have to announce the passing of my brother, Craigh Patterson at the age of just 52. Craigh passed peacefully away in Hull Royal Infirmary on Saturday 16th May after a short illness. His funeral will take place at 10.30am on Thursday 18th June in the Birch Hall at Lelley Fields Crematorium Sproatley, HU12 8FX. All friends are welcome to attend. Please wear what you feel comfortable in, bright colours are very welcome. A wake will be held afterwards at The Club at Leven Sports Hall. Coffee/Tea and a buffet will be provided (and at 12noon the bar will open to purchase alcoholic drinks)
