City play their final home outing until after the international break against fellow promoted side Ipswich Town
Hull City host fellow newly-promoted Ipswich Town in the latest round of Premier League games, looking for their first win since the end of August, and on Halloween of all days.
City responded to the debacle at Fulham with a deserved point in a 1-1 draw against Brentford last Sunday, but will now hope to get three points against a Tractor Boys side who, like the Tigers, have started the season well under Gary O’Neil.
Sergej Jakirovic’s men have been unbeaten at the MKM Stadium so far this season and will be desperate to ensure that remains the case come 5pm, especially with a trip to Arsenal to come next weekend ahead of the final international break of 2026.
Between now and kick-off at 3pm here in the East Riding, we’ll have all the build-up, followed by match action and reaction from the City dressing room on a big afternoon in the Premier League for the Tigers.

Gooooooooooooooooood afternoon – Happy Halloween!
A rare home 3pm kick off on a Saturday afternoon. I think the first since April, so relish it because it’s the first and last before the end of the year.
Plenty to come between now and kick-off here at the MKM Stadium, so stay tuned…
