The Robins take on Catalans on Thursday in the first of three games in nine days

Willie Peters has ruled Oliver Gildart out of this week’s clash with Catalans Dragons on Thursday night.
Gildart was withdrawn at half-time in the win over Castleford Tigers on Friday night due to an ankle injury.
Rhyse Martin was the man to come off the bench in his place at Wheldon Road and the back-rower will be one of the options Peters will assess to start in the outside backs this week in Gildart’s absence.
Fortunately for KR, the centre isn’t expected to miss too much action with Peters stating he could be back within a week.
Whether he is deemed to be fit enough in time to play against Warrington Wolves next Tuesday remains to be seen, but Peters expects him to be available sooner rather than later.
The head coach also reaffirmed that Sauaso Sue will sit out of this week’s game, too, due to the foot injury he continues to struggle with, with Peters preparing to make a number of changes as he steers his side through the challenge of playing three games in nine days.
“Jesse won’t play this week and Oliver Gildart won’t play this week,” Peters confirmed to the press on Monday afternoon.
“Jesse’s just had an ongoing sort of foot issue. He could play but I just think it’s best that he doesn’t and Ollie is hopefully one week, but obviously we’ve got that midweek game against Warrington the week after, so we’re just not sure.
“There was no major fracture which is the main thing.”
Peters will name his 21-man squad list on Tuesday afternoon.
