A 28-year-old man has suffered life-threatening injuries after a motorcycle crashed into a lamppost.
Emergency services were called to Bude Road, Hull, at about 21:40 BST on Wednesday after the incident involving a Yamaha motorcycle.
The cause of the crash and the circumstances of how the motorcyclist came to hit the lamppost are still unknown, Humberside Police said.
Witnesses or anyone with relevant dashcam footage have been asked to contact police.
