The Robins have won their last seven games

Hull KR will be looking to pick up their eighth win on the spin on Saturday when they travel to Leigh Leopards in round 11 of Super League.

The Robins are well and truly on a roll right now and after booking their spot in the Challenge Cup final, attention turns back to the league. Willie Peters’ side are fourth at present, six points behind league leaders St Helens, who kicked off the round with a hard fought win over Huddersfield Giants at the Accu Stadium on Thursday night.

However, they know a win over Leigh, who beat the Robins the last time they met in July, will see help them keep the pressure up on the top three above them as they push to defend their title.

KR travel with a fully fit squad, barring James Batchelor who misses out due to concussion protocols, and here’s how we think both sides could line up at Leigh Sports Village.

Willie Peters has a couple of decisions to make this week, with the first being who will play at full-back. Arthur Mourgue is fit and in the squad, but it remains to be seen if he will play over Jack Broadbent, who has been in fine form.

Mourgue is the first choice at full-back, but it wouldn’t be a surprise if the Frenchman had to make do with a bench spot on Saturday, with Broadbent preferred from the start. The former Castleford Tigers man is versatile, though, and he could moved into the line in the second half to potentially spell one of the club’s outside backs.

Batchelor drops out of the line-up due to his head knock, so Rhyse Martin can expect to start in the back-row.

With the Challenge Cup final approaching, there could be some rotation for the Robins, but who might get a rest is hard to say at this point.

Leigh boss Adrian Lam looks set to welcome David Armstrong into the starting line-up after naming him on the bench last time out against Catalans Dragons. He’ll replace Gareth O’Brien in the side, while Bailey Hodgson has been named in the squad for the first time since his knee injury earlier in the year, whether he plays though remains to be seen.

Without Robbie Mulhern, Matt Davis and Aaron Pene, the Leopards look a little short of middle options so Ryan Brown could step back onto the bench.
