Hull KR travel to Leigh Sports Village on Saturday afternoon

Hull KR head coach Willie Peters has made just one enforced change to his squad ahead of this weekend’s fixture against Leigh Leopards.

The Robins are on a roll right now and head to Leigh on the back of seven straight wins in all competitions.

And, they’ll be looking to stretch that run another week at Leigh Sports Village, with a win helping KR keep the pressure up on the three teams above them in the league table.

Peters has been able to name a similar squad to the one that beat Warrington Wolves in the Challenge Cup semi-final last time out with James Batchelor the only man dropping out.

Batchelor has been stood down for 12 days due to concussion protocols after taking a knock to the head in the semi-final at the Eco-Power Stadium in Doncaster.

Jack Charles is the man brought into the squad in his place but unless Peters decides to rest players ahead of the final in a fortnight, it seems unlikely that he will be involved.

The big decision facing Peters is what to do at full-back, though, with Arthur Mourgue now fit and ready to come back into the side. Jack Broadbent has excelled in the number one role recently and he would have every right to feel hard done by if he were to be left out this week.

Leigh boss Adrian Lam has kept changes to a minimum too, with the fit again Bailey Hodgson the only man coming into the team. Like Peters, Lam has a decision to make at full-back with David Armstrong also fit and ready to go after returning from a knee injury.

There’s no Robbie Mulhern, but after struggling with injuries for much of the season so far, Leigh are approaching this game with a squad that is close to being full strength.
