Hull KR thumped Castleford Tigers on Thursday night
Hull KR powered to a sixth straight win as they battered Castleford Tigers 50-6 at Craven Park on Thursday.
KR scored nine tries on the night with winger Tom Davies bagging a hat-trick and Karl Lawton touching down twice.
Here’s our ratings.
Jack Broadbent: Didn’t have too much work to do defensively. Part of a dominant attacking performance. 7
Tom Davies: A hat-trick for the winger and he took it well with a couple of fine diving finishes. Made plenty of hard yards too. 8
Peta Hiku: A fine day with the ball in hand, set up Davies for one and flattened Phoenix Laulu-Togaga’e. 8
Oliver Gildart: Had a couple of small breakaways, but couldn’t get himself over on his return to the side. 7
Joe Burgess: Took his try extremely well and created havoc down his edge. 8
Mikey Lewis : Didn’t find the type of joy he had last week but still got himself an opportunistic try and made KR tick with his pace and creativity. 8
Tyrone May: Finding some real consistency in his game now. He was excellent on both sides of the ball. 8
Dean Hadley: Another strong showing from Hadley in first half but was taken off at half-time. 7
Karl Lawton: Two early tries to get Rovers moving in the right direction. He emerged later on to spell Elliot Minchella. 8
Tom Amone: Scored a try in the first half but that just capped a superb night for the middle against his former side. 8
Rhyse Martin : Kicked well, tackled well, did everything well. 7
James Batchelor : Steady away in the back-row. 7
Elliot Minchella: Dictated everything with relative ease and had a breather late on. 8
