Hull KR were urged to respond from their disappointing Las Vegas display and they produced a clinical performance for a 32-6 win over Huddersfield Giants back on English soil.
Here are our player ratings.
Jack Broadbent – 8: A comfortable display at full-back for the 25-year-old, who was keen to get stuck in.
Tom Davies – 9: Enjoyed his first try of the new Super League season before making it a double. One of three 9s in the ratings, for his efforts on both sides of the field – happy to do the tough stuff.
Peta Hiku – 7: A couple of dangerous runs from the centre.
Oliver Gildart – 7: Opened the scoring, beating his opposite number on the outside to score inside four minutes. A couple of moments to show off his slick footwork.
Joe Burgess – 7: Another try-scorer from Hull KR’s backline, going over untouched thanks to a superb pass from May.
Mikey Lewis – 9: Took on the line with every opportunity he got, and was rewarded in the second half with two tries – with a clean linebreak also in the first period.
Tyrone May – 9: Hull KR ’s unsung hero in this victory for his fantastic assists across the 80 minutes. A great afternoon for the playmaker.
Sauaso Sue – 7: A good outing in the middle.
Jez Litten – 8: Defended hard, piled on the pressure, threatened from dummy-half and had some good kicks. A strong afternoon for the number nine, who was rested for about two minutes until a sin-bin. Also produced a huge hit on Oliver Russell in the first half. Could be a 9.
Dean Hadley – 8: Defended hard across the match at the Accu Stadium.
Karl Lawton – 7: Solid in the middle, but was sent to the sin-bin for a late and low effort on Matty English, with the Huddersfield forward assisted from the field.
James Batchelor – 7: A couple of good lines from the back-rower and another to defend well to limit Huddersfield’s middle.
Elliot Minchella – 7: A lot of link up play in the middle early on.
Tom Amone – 7: Introduced midway through first half and made his impact.
Sam Luckley – 7: On after the hour mark, and had a good stint. It took four defenders to stop him close to the line late on.
Jai Whitbread – 7: Another middle that retained the tempo from the interchange bench.
Rhyse Martin – 7: Introduced first half and kicked three goals from four.
