GoogleA man suffered serious injures after he was hit by a car near an East Yorkshire supermarket, police have confirmed.
The 27-year-old pedestrian was taken to hospital following the incident outside of Morrisons on Welton Road, Brough, at around 16:50 GMT on Tuesday.
Humberside Police said the driver of a silver Volkswagen Polo stopped at the scene and is helping officers with their enquiries.
Police would also like to speak to anyone who saw what happened or who has dashcam footage.
