Super League’s full play-off schedule is now locked in, with the road to Old Trafford culminating in the Grand Final on Saturday, October 3.

The competition enters the final round of the regular season with all six play-off places already confirmed, leaving St Helens facing their worst finish in Super League history.

Wigan Warriors have one hand on the League Leaders’ Shield following their top-of-the-table demolition of Leeds Rhinos, with a win over Catalans Dragons next week securing the silverware for Matt Peet’s side.

Leeds are set to finish second due to their superior points difference over third-place Warrington, while Wakefield Trinity sit just behind the Wolves by two points.

Leigh Leopards and Hull KR currently occupy fifth and sixth respectively, with the final round of the regular season being dubbed as ‘Frantic Friday’ with five fixtures that night.

The play-offs will then begin with the eliminators, kicking off on Friday, September 18 when the fourth-placed side hosts the fifth-placed side in an 8pm kick-off.

Third place will then host sixth on Saturday, September 19, with a 5:30pm kick-off and also be broadcast live on the BBC.

Then, the semi-finals will take place on Friday, September 25 and Saturday, September 26, with 8:00pm and 5:30pm kick-offs respectively. The BBC will air the second semi-final.

It is yet to be confirmed which semi-final, whether at the Brick Community Stadium or AMT Headingley, will be played first.
