Hull City are preparing for life back in the Premier League and have made a move for a striker

Hull City have reportedly seen a bid rejected for striker Zan Vipotnik. The Slovenian was top scorer in the Championship last season, netting 23 league goals for Swansea City.
He signed a new deal with the Welsh club in March, but that has not stopped Hull from making their move. The Athletic reports that an offer from the Tigers has been turned down and falls below Swansea’s valuation.
Hull are looking to strengthen their squad as they prepare for a return to the Premier League after success in the Championship play-offs last season. The forward line is an area that they are looking to bolster.
The club have shown an interest in Sunderland striker Wilson Isidor. They have seemingly walked away from a deal for Benfica frontman Franjo Ivanovic.
It now seems that Vipotnik has emerged as a target, with Hull making their move. It comes after Swansea added to their attacking options last week with the signing of Ross Stewart; however, it’s claimed that the arrival will not have an impact on Vipotnik’s future.
While it’s not said how much Hull’s bid was, WalesOnline reports that Swansea value the striker at a price of around £20 million.
