Before the curtain finally comes down on his record-breaking tour, Peter Kay has announced he is heading for Hull. The comedy star has added “a few more shows” that will help deserving causes.
The special run of dates are taking in Brighton, Cardiff, Hull and Blackpool, with charity performances by Peter in each of the locations. All profits from the shows will be donated to a number of causes.
The special dates will take place over four weekends this autumn. In addition to evening performances, a series of matinee shows will also be staged to help generate even more funds for charity.
Peter said: “It’s been an incredible four-year tour. I’ve absolutely loved it.
“If doing a few more shows can help raise money for these overlooked and sadly underfunded charities, then that’s the least I can do.”
The newly announced dates will mark the final performances of Peter’s record-breaking Better Late Than Never Tour. All profits from the shows will be donated to:
- The Lily Foundation – UK Mitochondrial Disease Charity
- Maggie’s – Everyone’s Home of Cancer Care
- The Be More Laura Foundation – Supporting Research into Brain Cancer
Hull Connexin Live will play host to the comedian on Saturday, October 10. There will be performances at 3.30pm and 8pm.
In a post on X, Hull Connexin Live said: “New announcement, and it’s a biggie! Peter Kay will visit Connexin Live on Saturday 10 October 2026 with TWO shows. Tickets on sale Friday at 10am. Don’t miss out!”
Tickets for all the new dates go general sale at 10am on Friday, July 31. Hull will be the second port of call for Peter with the new dates, with Cardiff Utilita Arena first hosting on September 6.
It will be the turn of Brighton Centre audiences to welcome him on November 13 and 14, and Blackpool Opera House will be the final stop on November 21.
