Hull KR will be without Oliver Gildart next week after the centre picked up a head knock in the win over York Knights.
Rovers claimed a 38-6 win over the Knights at Craven Park as they got back to winning ways after successive defeats.
However, the win came at a price with Gildart failing a HIA after taking a blow to the head.
The 29-year-old left the field in the first half to be replaced by Karl Lawton and he failed to return.
James Batchelor also left the field for a HIA but Peters confirmed the back-rower passed his head test.
“Gildart failed,” Willie Peters confirmed after the game. “James Batchelor is OK and Gilly was a category one and he failed straight away.
“I haven’t looked at it properly but when it’s a cat one, it means that’s it. He’s OK in there now and he was fine when he came off but when they saw it was cat one, he was ruled out straight away.”
Asked whether Batchelor’s head knock was a concern given he missed two games last month after being stood down due to RFL concussion protocols: “I need to have a look but I don’t think it is because he passed.
“He’s fine in there so I’m not concerned but naturally I need to check how he is tomorrow but he’s OK.”
Speaking about the game itself, Peters said: “I thought we showed resilience in defence and we defended our try line in the second half 33 times and 44 in total play the balls inside that 20 which is a lot but what that tells you is that we put ourselves under pressure.
“We showed resilience to defend the line but we didn’t show, and we’re not there yet, is a team that’s ruthless. That’s what we have to work on because there were opportunities to go on with that game but we didn’t. The resilience we showed to defend our line was pleasing.”
