Excitement is building ahead of the new season, which will see Hull City tackle the Premier League for the first time in a decade after their thrilling win in the play-off final at Wembley last month.

As the new season edges closer, City have revealed their new home strip for the upcoming campaign, which gets underway in late August, and it’s certainly generated no shortage of debate amongst supporters.

Their striking new strip has been brought to life by Oxen Sports, who were founded in the city’s popular fruit market, and goes on sale on Friday morning, along with the all-green goalkeeping outfit.

Featuring the iconic ‘HCAFC’ lettering instead of the Tigers logo, the strip pays homage to the club’s period in the 1970s and does not yet feature a sponsor, with discussions ongoing over who will take pride of place on the front of the shirt for the first season back in the big time in a decade.
