Police have issued a statement after a man was sadly found dead in Hull. Witnesses reported seeing a police presence on Melrose Street on Friday (April 24).
Today, Humberside Police have issued a statement on their investigation, saying the man’s death is “not thought to be suspicious at this time”. A spokesperson said: “Officers were called to attend a property on Melrose Street on Friday, 24 April at around 12.30am, following reports that a man had been found deceased.
“Emergency services attended the scene and officers conducted lines of enquires to establish the circumstances surrounding his death, which are not thought to be suspicious at this time.”
