Hull City take on Sheffield United this afternoon at Bramall Lane
Sergej Jakirovic has named his Hull City line-up to take on Sheffield United at Bramall Lane this afternoon.
The Tigers can take another huge step towards claiming a Championship play-off place with a win this afternoon.
The head coach has made two changes to his XI and the big news is that Monday night’s star man Toby Collyer drops out of the fold completely. Jakirovic spoke about needing to make a decision on whether the midfielder was ready to start two games in a week during his press conference, but he is not included at all today.
That means John Lundstram comes onto the bench for City, with the other change seeing Joe Gelhardt replaced in the line up by Mo Belloumi.
Darko Gyabi has been deemed fit enough to be named on the bench and he could be called upon later in the game.
Oli McBurnie keeps his spot in the side and he’ll be keen to impress and break his eight-game dry spell by bagging against his former side.
Hull City starting line-up: Ivor Pandur; Cody Drameh, Semi Ajayi, John Egan, Lewie Coyle; John Lundstram, Amir Hadziahmetovic, Matt Crooks; Mo Belloumi, Oli McBurnie, Liam Millar.
Bench: Dillon Phillips, Charlie Hughes, Matty Jacob, Joe Gelhardt, Kyle Joseph, Kieran Dowell, Paddy McNair, Darko Gyabi, Cathal McCarthy.
