A road closure is in place this morning on Beverley Road, police have said. Both motorists and pedestrians are currently advised to avoid the area.
The closure is in place near the junction with Queens Road. In a statement on social media, a spokesperson for Humberside Police said: “Officers and emergency services are currently in attendance on Beverley Road in Hull.
“A road closure and police cordon are in place near the junction with Queens Road whilst emergency services attend an ongoing police incident. We advise motorists and pedestrians to avoid the area at this time.”
Traffic reporting service, Inrix, confirmed Beverley Road is closed in both directions due to an ‘incident from De Grey Street to Queens Road.’
