One is sadly long gone, another is still going strong: these images show staff and customers at two great bakery chains in the 1990s – Cooplands and the now-lost Skeltons.
Skeltons was bought out by Cooplands in 2007, but the chain still lives on in the hearts and minds of people around East Yorkshire. Of course, Cooplands is still a fixture of local life today.
