City are unable to call upon Ryan Giles following the hamstring injury he picked up in the second half on Tuesday night, and Yu Hirakawa is also out for the rest of the season. Matt Crooks does come back, though, and Semi Ajayi could return after a month out.
Like the Tigers, Pompey have a host of absentees of their own and will be without Aji Alese (quad), Keshi Anderson (hamstring), Florian Bianchini (knee), Andre Dozzell (ankle), Josh Knight (back), Márk Kosznovszky (knee), Josh Murphy (foot), Conor Shaughnessy (quad), Franco Umeh (hamstring) and Thomas Waddingham (thigh).
Makenzie Kirk (Achilles) and John Swift (hamstring) are both doubts but Hayden Matthews may well come back into contention.
