Hull FC will be without Jake Arthur against Bradford
Hull FC half-back Jake Arthur will miss Saturday’s Super League opener against Bradford Bulls with a hamstring injury.
Arthur is the fifth overseas player to be ruled out of the MKM Stadium clash alongside Herman Ese’ese, Jed Cartwright, John Asiata and James Bell.
It means a Super League start for Callum Kemp, who pairs club captain Aidan Sezer in the halves.
At full-back, Will Pryce returns to the side after not being risked against Salford in the Challenge Cup last week. Harvey Barron and Lewis Martin are on the wings, with Zak Hardaker and Davy Litten in the centres.
Up front, Liam Knight is set for his first appearance of the season after missing the cup tie due a head knock picked up in training. The prop is named alongside Harvie Hill, with Amir Bourouh at hooker.
In the back row, Joe Batchelor is named alongside Arthur Romano, with Yusuf Aydin at loose-forward. The bench consists of Cade Cust, Sam Lisone, Ligi Sao, and Brad Fash. Connor Bailey is the 18th man.
