The East Yorkshire housebuilder is starting a new phase at the 800-home site

East Yorkshire housebuilder Beal Homes has hailed the success of its £200m-plus development in Goole, having sold 300 homes there. The Greenways site, which will ultimately host 800 homes, was launched five years ago and is said to have seen consistently strong sales.

The Hessle-based developer secured full permission for the site in 2023 which it has attracted a range of househunters, including first-time buyers, professionals, families and downsizers. It is Beal’s largest ever development and the 300 sales milestone coincides with announcement of the next phase of development which will include 118 homes.

The next stage will bring a wider range of house types to the site off Rawcliffe Road. A limited number of two, three and four-bedroom properties in the latest phase are now available to reserve, including two new house types: the Crayke and the Aysgarth, both three-bedroom detached properties.

An Early Bird scheme gives prospective buyers the chance to secure first refusal on the plot of their choice ahead of the official release. Homes at the site currently start at £235,000.

Ross Clarkson, Beal sales and marketing director said: “When we announced The Greenways it was a major vote of confidence in Goole and the town’s future. That confidence has been rewarded with the success of this development and the creation of a flourishing new community.

“We’re now making the first homes in the next phase available on an Early Bird basis, so that buyers can be in pole position to secure the plot of their choice. We’re particularly excited to unveil two of our new house types in this latest phase, featuring new layouts, as well as the exceptional quality of design, build, materials and finishes we’re known for.”
