We’ve been through the numbers to calculate who are the leading Hull City players in key areas across the pitch

Hull City return to Premier League action on Sunday afternoon when Everton visit the MKM Stadium. The match pits eighth in the league against the visitors who sit a point and a place above them in seventh, with the Toffees boasting an unbeaten record so far this campaign.

It was a record City proudly had until their last game before the international break when going down to a 2-1 defeat at Newcastle United. The nature of the performance that day ensured the Tigers still headed into an enforced three-week break with spirits high and lots of pride amongst the fanbase at what they have seen so far this campaign.

The new signings, for the most part, have settled in well and played their part. Two of them in goalkeeper Konstantinos Tzolakis and centre-back Nobel Mendy, have already established themselves as firm favourites, but they’ve not been alone in impressing in the five matches played so far.

We’ve been through the numbers to calculate who are the leading players in key areas such as shots on goal, fouls won, clearances and of course, who has played the most minutes so far. You can see the results below.
