A Paull-based employer is looking forward to record financial performance as it prepares for expansion. Bosses at Modular construction company Integra Buildings say 2026 will bring bumper earnings ahead of a “landmark” year in 2027 in which Integra will mark its 30th anniversary and start a significant investment programme.

The Humber Business Park firm now employs 215 people – up from 180 three years ago, thanks to the creation of new departments and success in the infrastructure, utilities and transport markets. It has shifted to delivering more complex projects, managing every stage from design and planning through to manufacture and installation.

Integra has also continued to invest in its people and capabilities. Recently secured planning approval from East Riding of Yorkshire Council for expansion of its headquarters site will grow the base by about a third.

Over the next three years, The King’s Award for Enterprise-winning firm is also putting a £7m investment into its existing factory facilities which will increase capacity.

Gary Parker, Integra CEO, said: “We’re extremely proud of the strong progress we continue to make as a business. 2026 is on track to be our best year ever and we see further growth into our 30th anniversary and beyond. While market and economic conditions remain challenging, we continue to buck the trend as a business which is growing, both sustainably and at pace.

“Our success is underpinned by the quality of the projects we deliver, and providing our clients with a service which exceeds expectations. Our pipeline of confirmed and potential projects is very strong and the investments we’re making in our people and facilities will ensure we’re well positioned to achieve our ambitions.”

Integra bosses say that in the first half of 2026, the business recorded turnover of £25.5m, with pre-tax profit of £2.5m. That puts it on track to report £55.6m turnover for the full year, with pre-tax profit of £.6.35m. Integra’s profit margin is also forecast to increase to over 11% this year, up from 8% in 2025.

Integra is now on seven major public sector frameworks, broadening the pipeline of work in sectors such as healthcare, defence, education and local government. That has been supported by the creation of a new electrical department, dedicated pre-construction team and site installation team.

Chris Turner, Integra managing director, said: “Our site expansion, and associated investment, will put us in a very strong position to continue our upward trajectory over the coming years. We’re entering an exciting new chapter for the business, building on everything we have achieved and pushing new boundaries, both in product design and innovation, and sustainable manufacturing and construction.”
