The Robins have made significant changes.
Hull KR have made 14 changes to their 21-man squad to take on St Helens this Friday night. The Robins will finish fifth or sixth at the conclusion of the Super League regular season regardless if they win or lose on Merseyside, with a home play-off tie beyond Willie Peters’ side.
That reality has seen the Rovers coach make significant changes to his squad, with as many as eight potential debuts included. They are Cobie Wainhouse, Ryan Westerman, Flynn Holden, Alex Gorman, Theo Middlemas, Alfie Petty, Harrison Horne and Teo Ema.
Elsewhere, the likes of Mikey Lewis, Sauaso Sue, and Sam Luckley are included, with Noah Booth, Bill Leyland and Lee Kershaw also named.
The likes of Jack Broadbent, Tom Davies, Peta Hiku, Oliver Gildart, Joe Burgess, Arthur Mourgue, Tyrone May, Jez Litten, Tom Amone, Dean Hadley, Jai Whitbread, Elliot Minchella, Rhyse Martin, and Karl Lawton drop out.
The Robins, who defeated Huddersfield Giants at Craven Park last week, will face either Wakefield Trinity or Warrington Wolves in the play-offs pending the results of Friday’s fixtures.
