The big prop isn’t selected for Hull’s game at Huddersfield.
Herman Ese’ese has been left out of the Hull FC side to take on Huddersfield Giants this Thursday night. The Black and Whites prop – who returned from a nine-month Achilles lay off last month – hasn’t been selected by Andy Last, with Yusuf Aydin coming into the team in the one and only personnel change. Lewis Martin again misses out.
Elsewhere, Amir Bourouh starts at hooker, with Cade Cade Cust on the bench. The rest of the side is the same as the one that lost the derby to Hull KR last week.
At full-back, Logan Moy starts, with Harvey Barron and Tom Briscoe on the wings. Davy Litten and Zak Hardaker are in the centres with Jake Arthur and Aidan Sezer in the halves.
Up front, Hugo Salabio starts at prop alongside Harvie Hill, with Bourouh at hooker. Joe Batchelor and Ethan O’Neill are in the back row with James Bell at loose-forward.
Cust and Aydin are joined on the bench by Lennon Clark and Max Wood. Lloyd Kemp is the 18th man.
On the injury front, Hull are without Will Pryce (ACL), John Asiata (hamstring), Sam Lisone (pec), Ligi Sao (shoulder), Arthur Romano (ankle), Connor Bailey (collarbone), Brad Fash (knee), Callum Kemp (shoulder), Will Kirby (ACL), and Joe Ward (ACL).
