Lego fans are building up to the Hull Brick Festival which will return to the city on August 9. The Brick Festival is filled with LEGO-themed fun as families, collectors, adult builders, and every kind of LEGO fan come together for a day to share their love of the colourful blocks.
The festival brings new LEGO activities like tense speed building competitions, Master Builder led build challenges, scavenger hunts, a dedicated building area, gaming zones, LEGO RC car zone, and so much more. The event is described by the Brick Festival team as “a LEGO lover’s dream come true”.
There will be trader tables selling a range of loose bricks, brand new or rare and retired LEGO sets, minifigures, accessories and other LEGO themed items. It will be a treasure trove for LEGO lovers and collectors, with every budget catered for. Hull Brick Festival showcases a brand new selection of LEGO displays crafted by master LEGO builders from across the country, so you can get up close and personal, chat with these LEGO artists about their latest projects, snag some insider tips and get inspired.
Booking tickets is advised to secure a preferred entry time at this brick-filled day. Certain time slots regularly sell out. Early Bird tickets are still available and give you an extra hour of LEGO fun inside the show (from 10am) and a free LEGO gift upon entry. It will take place at Allam Sports Centre on August 9. Tickets are available online now – adults from £8, children from £6, and a family ticket available for £20.
