The latest Hull City transfer news as the Tigers are linked with United goalkeeper Radek Vitek

Hull City’s attempts to add to their goalkeeping options have hit a ‘stumbling block’.
That’s according to BBC Radio Humberside sports editor Mike White who says the prospect of Radek Vitek joining from Manchester United has receded after the Czech was linked with a transfer to the MKM Stadium.
Vitek, who spent last season on loan with Bristol City, looks set to depart Old Trafford, potentially permanently due to his desire for regular first team football.
City are in the market for a successor to Ivan Pandur, potentially two, and have been linked with several ‘keepers including Vitek.
However, with Ipswich Town and Coventry City also said to be interested, United seem to be in a strong negotiating position, with White saying: “They can’t agree a fee on that one at the moment, right now that’s looking unlikely, the fee seems to be the stumbling block.”
Meanwhile the Tigers are claimed to have ‘opened talks’ for Czechia ‘keeper Lukas Hornicek, with reports they have offered ‘£12.5million plus add-ons’ for a 23-year-old who is currently away at the World Cup.
Hornicek signed for Braga as a 17-year-old in 2021 since when he has made 87 appearances for them and made his international debut last month.
