‘We expected the development to be extremely popular but the demand has surpassed even our expectations’

Housebuilder Beal Homes has issued the first pictures from its latest East Yorkshire development that’s set to become one of the region’s most sought-after residential areas. The company officially launched the Ferriby Meadows site in autumn 2024,

And bosses say demand for homes at the site has been “exceptionally strong” since it was launched, with more than 60 per cent of properties sold within less than two years. Now stunning images show completed homes and street scenes.

The company says the pictures shine a light on the outstanding quality of the development, while also highlighting the character and setting of the dwellings, which are based close to the picturesque village of North Ferriby. The £48m development features a collection of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes, together with three-bedroom bungalows and four-bedroom dormer bungalows. When completed, the development will have a total of 115 homes.

Beal Homes says Ferriby Meadows offers a rare opportunity to own a luxury new home in one of East Yorkshire’s most coveted communities, set on the edge of the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds. The site also looks towards the Humber Bridge and Humber estuary. Sales have remained extremely strong since Ferriby Meadows was launched in September 2024, with just 41 plots left across the entire development, some of which are yet to be released.
