1st Car is keeping the feelings of joy going for one lucky fan who was at Wembley

A used car centre in Hull has joined the swell of promotion euphoria surrounding Tigers’ win at Wembley. 1st Car, in Cleveland Street, is giving away a “black and amber Vauxhall Corsa” to one lucky ticket holder who was at the Championship play-off final.
On the @1stcarhull TikTok page, details have been announced of the vehicle giveaway. The video post said: “To celebrate Hull City ’s promotion to the Premier League, we are giving away this black and amber Vauxhall Corsa to one lucky winner.
“All you need to do is send us your Wembley ticket (or a copy) along with your full name, address, mobile number, date of birth and email address, to Black and Amber, 1st Car Prize Draw, Cleveland Street, Hull HU8 8AE.
“One entry per ticket. Prize will be drawn on Monday, June 29. No cash alternative. Entrants must be over 18.
It concluded the post with the message: “Good luck. Up the Tigers.” Entrants can find terms and conditions at my1stmotorcar.co.uk
Described as someone’s “ideal 1st Car” by the company, the vehicle is a 2014 Vauxhall Corsa 1.2 limited edition, three-door, with 56,442 miles on the clock, and was for sale for around £3,500.
David Hicks, sales executive at 1st Car, said: “It was Steve Frost, our general manager, who decided this is what we were going to do. He said on Saturday, ‘if they [the Tigers] win, we are giving away this car’.
“With it being black and amber, it was ideal. It went out on TikTok and it’s gained lots of views. We’ve not had entries yet as these are by post.”
David said: “It’s a great way to celebrate Hull City’s promotion and hopefully this will be someone’s first car. It’s a good car and with low mileage.”
