Amy is hitting the road early next year, with a stop in her home city

Star of Prime Video’s Last One Laughing and Taskmaster, Hull’s Amy Gledhill, has announced a 2027 UK tour entitled Thanks For Having Me. The Edinburgh Comedy Award-winning performer is hitting the road in February with a brand-new stand-up show.

Amy has appeared on the biggest comedy shows on TV, won the most prestigious award in live comedy, and starred in a Netflix blockbuster, so why, she asks, can’t she nail just one first date, social interaction or trip to the spa (she is now banned)? Audiences can join the Taskmaster alumnus, Last One Laughing’s cruellest red card and co-host of smash-hit podcasts Single Ladies In Your Area and Northern News, on her tour, as she delivers her trademark offbeat storytelling and chaotic charm across the country.

Amy will bring Thanks For Having Me to Hull Truck Theatre, on Friday, April 2. The winner of the Edinburgh Comedy Award in 2024, a triple nominee for the same prize, and a National Comedy Awards nominee, Amy is also one third of cult-favourite double act The Delightful Sausage.

Her impressive list of TV credits includes Live at the Apollo ( BBC ), Would I Lie To You? (BBC), The Jonathan Ross Show ( ITV ), Never Mind the Buzzcocks (Sky), Run Away (Netflix), Alma’s Not Normal (BBC), and 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown (C4). With her sharp wit, unpredictable energy and unmistakable voice, Thanks For Having Me promises to be Amy’s biggest and most personal show to date.

On bringing her show on tour, Amy said: “Can’t wait to get back on tour. I always have such a laugh (imagine if I didn’t).

“I want audiences to feel like they’ve just spent an hour laughing with their mate. My style is very confessional and I love telling a saucy story but this show is full of heart too. Let’s have a good time!”

Thanks For Having Me will run from February to May 2027. Tickets are on sale now and available at Plosive.co.uk
