The fourth-round match at the MKM Stadium saw former City boss Liam Rosenior return to his old ground, bringing with him the superstars from the World Club Champions.
With both the BBC and TNT Sports in attendance to broadcast the game live, it was a busy atmosphere before the game and a fantastic one during the match, even despite an unexpected snow storm in the first half and Chelsea showing their quality by easing to victory second half with a 4-0 win.
