124 days after completing a historic treble with ultimate glory at Old Trafford, Hull KR return to Super League action as they kick off the 2026 campaign with a landmark clash against York Knights.

It marks the competition newcomers’ first game in the top flight, following their promotion ahead of the 2026 season. A packed crowd is expected at the LNER Community Stadium.

Willie Peters has urged his Rovers side to start as they mean to go on, keeping their focus firmly on the task at hand and putting the World Club Challenge and Las Vegas blockbusters to the back of their minds tonight.

The sides last met during the 2025 Challenge Cup campaign, with Hull KR having won their previous 14 meetings with York – all outside of Super League.

A big campaign begins tonight, and we’ll be covering every moment.
