Hull FC face Wigan this Sunday afternoon.

John Cartwright has named his Hull FC side to take on Wigan Warriors this Sunday afternoon. The Black and Whites boss has handed first run outs to Jake Arthur and Joe Batchelor, with Ligi Sao also selected for his first game of rugby league in 12 months.

At full-back, Will Pryce starts, with Lewis Martin and Harvey Barron named on the wings. Davy Litten and Zak Hardaker are in the halves. Callum Kemp is paired with Arthur in the halves.

Up front, Sao is paired with new signing Harvie Hill at prop, with the ex-Wiganer going up against his old club for the first time. Hull have another former Cherry and White at hooker in Amir Bourouh, with Jed Cartwright and Joe Batchelor in the back row. Yusuf Aydin starts at loose-forward.

There are eleven players on the interchange, with Cade Cust joined by new recruits Sam Lisone, Arthur Romano, and Connor Bailey. Elsewhere, Tom Briscoe, Brad Fash and Hugo Salabio are all selected with young quartet Will Hutchinson, Will Kirby, Lloyd Kemp, and Elliot Middlemas completing the line up.

Hull remain without Herman Ese’ese (Achilles), with James Bell (knee), Liam Knight (head), Matty Laidlaw (HIA), Logan Moy (calf), and Joe Phillips (leg) also out. Aidan Sezer (shoulder) and John Asiata (hamstring) aren’t risked.
