(Nee Tree) Peacefully on the 26th September 2025 aged 71 years. A dearly loved Wife and Mam. Wardley Gate Care Centre, formerly of All Hallows Road, Walkington Peacefully in hospital on 27th September, aged 93 years, Anne. The beloved wife of the late Leslie, much loved Mum of Jayne, Stephen and Andrew and also dearest Mother in law of Gill. Anne will be very sadly missed by all of her Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, larger family and friends. Would friends please meet for service at Wesley Methodist Church, Low Fell on Friday 17th October at 12.30pm, which will be followed by a Private Cremation. (Mike) Passed away peacefully on 5th October 2025 aged 79 years. Devoted Husband of Ann, a much loved Dad to Gary, Mike, Nick and Kenny, In Laws Juliet, Penny, Nicky and Minnie. Loving Grandad to Ben, Jay, Eva, Georgia, Bradley, Emelia, Kerrie, Ellie, Sam and Toni and a special Great Grandad. (née Wraith) of Skeffling and latterly Hedon, passed away at Hull Royal Infirmary on Sunday 21st September 2025, aged 91 years. Eldest daughter of the late Jack and Dora, sister of Eileen and the late June, auntie of Paul, Simon, Charles and their wives. Will be missed by all her family. Funeral service to be held Wednesday 22nd October, 11.00am at St Mary’s Church, Welwick followed by interment in the churchyard. Passed away at home on 12th September 2025, aged 78 years. Dearly loved devoted father and grandfather who will be deeply missed. Janet, loving wife, mum and grandma died peacefully in her sleep at Swanland House Residential Home. The funeral will take place at St Andrews Church, Kirkella at 12.00pm Friday October 10th.
Would Jean (nee Shann) Passed away peacefully on the 17th September aged 92. Reunited with her husband Ken. Dearest and much loved mum of Elaine, Tina, Kevin and in laws. Wonderful, kind and loving nana (nan) Jean to her grandchildren and great grandchildren whom she adored. Much loved Auntie. Known for her sense of humour and friendliness to all. Birthday Memoriams
You would have been 58 today. Roses must grow in Heaven, so Lord pick a bunch for me, place them in my son’s arms and tell him they’re from me. Tell him I love and miss him and when he turns to smile, place a kiss upon his cheek and hold him for a while, because remembering him is easy, I do it every day, but there’s an ache within my heart, that will never go away.
