A man has been charged with attempted murder after a woman was seriously injured with a knife. Police were called to reports of an “altercation” at a property in Hull on Monday (October 26).
It was reported that a man had “used a knife to cause serious injuries to a woman known to him”. A 36-year-old man has since been charged with attempted murder and possession of a knife.
Humberside Police said Isheunopa Gumbo, of Pendeen Grove, Hull, was remanded into custody to appear in court at a later date.
