Ryan Hampshire will make his Hull KR debut against his former club Wigan Warriors, with Tyrone May rested a week out from Wembley.
The in-form stand-off has not been named in Willie Peters’ squad for the first meeting with Wigan since the 2025 Grand Final. In-season signing Hampshire will partner Mikey Lewis in the halves, while Jack Broadbent returns to the starting full-back role following the injury to Arthur Mourgue.
Noah Booth replaces Joe Burgess, with Jez Litten, Tom Amone, Sam Luckley and Jack Brown making up Rovers’ bench. Flying winger Burgess is carrying a shoulder injury, but is expected to be fit for next week’s Challenge Cup final.
Meanwhile, Matt Peet has named a heavily rotated Wigan squad for the Round 12 encounter – with Sam Eseh, Tom Forber, Patrick Mago, Kian McDermott and Taylor Kerr recognised first-team players.
George Marsden is named in the halves for his second Super League appearance, with Jack Farrimond rested. Josh Cartwright is named at full-back, having also made his Super League debut against Bradford Bulls from the interchange bench.
