Hull KR with a dominant victory to maintain their winning run.

Hull KR have rediscovered their winning rhythm with a fourth consecutive victory in all competitions, cruising to a 46-0 win over Toulouse Olympique.

After one of the most chaotic starts to a season in recent memory – featuring a shock loss to newcomers York Knights, an emotionally charged World Club Challenge triumph over Brisbane Broncos and the Las Vegas extravaganza – the reigning Super League champions are firmly back on track. They now sit just four points behind leaders St Helens, with a game in hand.

Willie Peters’ side were clinical in the south of France, producing an eight-try display with Bradford Bulls up next.

After a week out with a minor hamstring issue, captain Elliot Minchella made an immediate impact on his return, opening the scoring inside nine minutes. The loose forward backed up a sharp break from livewire hooker Jez Litten to cross, and was later denied a quickfire double after being held up – a decision made by the video referee.

Toulouse showed resilience to keep Rovers at bay for much of the opening period, in what developed into an end-to-end contest at Stade Ernest-Wallon.

However, the visitors asserted their dominance in the closing stages of the first half and never looked back. Rhyse Martin got over for his first try of the season, before fellow forward Dean Hadley powered across soon after. Martin also reached a personal milestone by kicking his 1,500th career point, giving Rovers a commanding 18-0 lead at the break.

Rovers maintained their momentum after the restart. In-form winger Joe Burgess finished in the corner following slick hands from centre Oliver Gildart, who was later forced off with an ankle issue.

Litten and interchange prop Jai Whitbread also added their names to the scoresheet after clever play from player-of-the-match Mikey Lewis broke the Toulouse defence. Kiwi veteran Peta Hiku also marked his new contract for 2027 with a 70-metre interception try.

England international Burgess added a second late on to take his tally to 10 tries for the season, as Toulouse slumped to their biggest defeat of the 2026 campaign – and a sixth straight loss.

Rovers, meanwhile, have moved into the Super League top six for the first time this season following the 46-0 victory.
