Yorkshire off-spinner Dom Bess has extended his deal through to the end of 2028.
The 28-year-old England international, who would have been out of contract at the end of the season, joined the White Rose from Somerset in 2019.
He has taken 227 wickets and scored 2,663 runs for the Headingley side to date.
Bess made his England debut at Lord’s against Pakistan in May 2018 and made the most recent of his 14 Test appearances in India in March 2021.
“Yorkshire has become my home, and I couldn’t be prouder to continue my journey with the club,” he told the club website, external.
“These next few years will be exciting ones, not just for us on the pitch, but for all the members and supporters who give us their backing each week.
“We have such a talented squad, and I’m thrilled to say I’ll be a part of this as we look to push on and win some trophies.”
