Criminals jailed during March include sex offenders and a dangerous driver who killed a woman and injured her husband – as well as a “front and centre” rioter who played a key role in the notorious Hull city centre violence.
Also locked up during the month were a thug who joined in a nasty targeted gang raid on a man’s flat, an online predator who drove two hours to meet up with a “gorgeous” 12-year-old girl and a woman who threatened her husband with a knife and kept him prisoner.
These are some of the cases that were heard at Hull Crown Court and, in one of them, at Grimsby Crown Court during March.
