Hull FC were defeated again in the Hull derby.
Hull FC tasted derby defeat once again, with Hull KR running out 24-6 winners on Good Friday. Here are the ratings.
Logan Moy – Safe under the high ball in a brave performance. Ran the ball well. 6
Tom Briscoe – A derby try scorer once again. The veteran has loved this this fixture over the years and he had his moment, finishing superbly out wide after a booming Sezer pass. 6
Arthur Romano – Got stuck in and was physical on both sides of the ball. Limped off late on. 6
Davy Litten – Was a threat throughout. Carried well and took a couple of click catches in the air. 6
Lewis Martin – Certainly got through some tough work in the backfield. Had a try ruled out in the second half, with the winger ruled to have lost control at the very last second. 5
Zak Hardaker – In the halves again. Ran well and took on a kicking responsibility. 6
Aidan Sezer – The skipper found it tough at times but he delivered a superb cut out pass for Briscoe in Hull’s one and only magic moment. 5
Ligi Sao – Relished the physical battle. Went well. 6
Amir Bourouh – Tenacious as always. Gut stuck in. 5
Harvie Hill – Put himself about from the very first set. Carried hard and also hit with some force in defence. 5
Joe Batchelor – Returned to the line-up after several weeks out with a calf injury. Lasted 20 minutes before leaving the field. 4
James Bell – Troubled Rovers with some weaving runs on the angle. He’s been a good addition to this side. 6
John Asiata – Limped off the field in the second half with a leg injury and was in visible discomfort. Doesn’t look good. 5
Cade Cust – Tried to make things happen and open up Rovers running the ball. 5
Sam Lisone – Off the bench and into the action, running hard and bumping off some tackles. Took issue with Minchella after a first half collision. 6
Connor Bailey – Into the back row after 20 minutes and once again, let nobody down. He’s been a robust addition to the Hull side. 5
Matty Laidlaw – Played in his second successive derby. Did little wrong. 5
