(Betty) Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on the 23rd February 2026, aged 80 years. Dearly loved Wife to Trevor Loving Mother to Elaine and Ann. Also much loved Grandmother to Leah, Lucy, Sophie, Ellie, Luke and Eva. And Great Grandmother to Olly. (Wood) Lorna passed away peacefully at Hull Royal infirmary with her family by her side on the 12th February 2026, re-united with her beloved husband Harry. She was the much loved Mum to Chris & James, Grandma to Olivia, Lydia, Thomas, Evie, Lola & Frankie. Sister to Hazel, Dawn, Richard & John. A Service will be held at Chanterlands Avenue Crematorium at 11am on Friday 13th March. Donations to the Alzheimer’s Society may be left at the Service or via the below link. The funeral reception will be at the King William Pub in Cottingham after the Service.
(Mike) Unexpectedly passed away on 12th February 2026, aged 65 years. A much loved Son, Brother, Uncle, Great Uncle and a friend to many. A celebration of Mike’s life will take place on Tuesday 17th March at Chanterlands Crematorium (Large Chapel) at 2.30pm Family flowers only please, however, donations will be greatly appreciated in aid of Mike’s chosen charities. Mike will be deeply missed by his family and all the communities he was included in, such as photography, biking and seafaring.
Alan aged 74 years of Macclesfield, peacefully passed away in hospital on Saturday 21st February 2026. Much loved dad of the late Shayni, dearly loved brother of Joan, Terry and Angela and loving uncle of Adrian. Alan will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Dennis sadly passed away surrounded by his loving family on Thursday 26th February aged 88 years. Husband to Rita. Father of Frank, Angie, Anita and David. In-laws Jeanette, Rob, Dave and Debbie.
