Hull welcome back Jed Cartwright to the squad. The forward has passed his return to play protocols following a recent head knock. He is joined by young duo Matty Laidlaw, who played big minutes for the reserves last week, and Logan Moy, who has recovered from a calf injury picked up in pre-season.

Elsewhere, Hull are still without Herman Ese’ese (Achilles), John Asiata (hamstring), James Bell (knee), Joe Phillips (leg), Roman Dawson (knee) and Ryan Westerman (foot). Ligi Sao is suspended.
